| Welcome to my WEB site about Nordic Aviation

| ROYAL AIR FORCE |
| Nearly 300 Nordic pilots and crewmembers gave
their lives in the struggle for freedom. Sadly,
most of them are forgotten to day. Some of this
fighting "warriors" died due to bad luck, some
as an act of stupidity or cowardice, but most
of them just lost their lives doing their duty.
It is however surprisingly how high the losses
were, especially in the last 10 months of the
War. It is my intention to collect information
about these volunteers in RAF during lists and
articles. Helps on details are very welcome. |

| LUFTWAFFE |
| The main opponent for RAF was the German Air
Force called Luftwaffe. My main aim here is to
produce several lists about Luftwaffe losses in
the Nordic area. This is a huge list and I) therefore
has to reduce it to only loss 60% or higher. The
list is also restricted to aircrafts/Crews using
airfields in Schleswig/Holstein/Hamburg, Denmark;
South-Norway; Central-Norway; North-Norway, North-Finland
and South-Finland. In the future, I hope you can
be able to search and organize the list yourselves.
I am also working on a list of allowed air victories
"Abschüsse" from this area and compare their value
against known Allied losses day by day. |
