It is my hope in the future that this new register will be a complete list of claims of e/a made by Nordic pilots in British services. Sadly most of pilots and crewmembers does not live anymore and few to day knows about their activities against Luftwaffe. Their combats took place from the Norwegian coast down to the coast of North-Africa in the periode 1941 to 1945.
My first object is to fulfill a listing and then start the complicated work to identify possibly Luftwaffe unit involved. After a while I then planned to value the Claims against known losses.

However to day I could say that the register shows several occasions with substantial overclaiming. On the other hand the register show that Nordic pilots were able to brought down several leading Luftwaffe fighter acec.

Comments:

Danes is marked with (dk) and Swedes with (sw) behind the names and no marks for Norwegian. Only one Icelander is to be found, however no Finnis are known.
Additionally to the Royal Air Force (RAF), Pilots and crewmembers from the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNAF), Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), South African Air Force (SAAF) and British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) are also included.

This list is not yet necessary accurate and may be wrong about Dates, Places, Names, Fates etc etc.
